Terms of use

These terms apply to this website, operated by Pool House by the Bay, LLC, for the Lake Havasu vacation home Pool House by the Bay. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to them.

A request is not a reservation

Submitting dates is a request only. We re-check Airbnb and VRBO before confirming. Until we write back to confirm, the dates are not held. Quotes on this site are estimates from live rates and can change before we confirm.

The stay

If we confirm, the stay is governed by the Short-Term Lease Agreement we send you, not by this page. House rules (including no pets, guest count, and pool supervision) are in that agreement and on the listing. Payment is arranged after we confirm; this site does not charge your card.

Cancellation & refunds

You can withdraw a request any time before we confirm. Nothing is due.

After we confirm and you pay the 50% booking deposit, that deposit holds the dates and is not refunded if you cancel.

Cancel 14 or more days before arrival and we will not charge the remaining balance. Cancel inside 14 days and the remaining balance is still due.

The damage deposit is not rent. If the stay is cancelled before arrival it is returned in full. If you stay, it is returned after checkout if the house is left in good condition.

The website

Guide pages (restaurants, events, launches, and similar) are local suggestions, not endorsements, and details such as hours and websites change. Outbound links leave our site. Photos and copy on this site are for describing this home; please do not reuse them without permission.
