A short guest-facing summary for planning your stay. The full Short-Term Lease Agreement (including Exhibit A) is sent after we confirm. A request to book is not a reservation until we reply.

• No pets — for allergy reasons and to keep the backyard and putting green clean.

• Be a good neighbor. Quiet hours follow Lake Havasu City: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• Check-in details, Wi-Fi, and the street address are shared after we confirm.
• Please treat the home as you would your own. We re-check Airbnb and VRBO before confirming so the calendars stay accurate.

Quiet hours

We follow Lake Havasu City quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music or parties — this is a residential neighborhood, and we ask every group to be a good neighbor.

Pool and spa

Children must be supervised at the pool and spa. No diving. Swimwear only — the pool is for registered guests of the stay.
