Two master bedrooms
Two master bedrooms make the house work especially well for two families traveling together. Nobody has to decide which couple gets the only primary bedroom. The same layout holds for parents plus grandparents, or two couples with children.

Two master bedrooms and two guest rooms. Six beds in all, including two fold-out beds in the closets. The whole group sleeps in real beds, and the entire house is yours.
Master bedroom
One of two primary bedrooms with a queen bed, dresser, TV, and closet.
Second master
The other primary bedroom with its own dresser, TV, and a door toward the bath. Two families each get a master.
Guest bedroom
A quiet guest room with a real bed, closet, and room to unpack.
Second guest bedroom
The fourth bedroom. Fold-out beds in the closets cover the last two of the six beds.
The rooms the whole group uses
Table for ten
A dining table that seats the whole group for breakfast.
Full kitchen
Cook for everyone. Stock it from Food City, about four minutes south, or Walmart, about eight minutes north.
Game room
Billiards, shuffleboard, and a dry bar when the desert heat peaks or the kids come in sandy.
Private pool and spa
The backyard is yours. Pool volleyball, a putting green, and a covered patio after the lake.
Parking for the group
Concrete driveway for the cars. Side-yard and top-of-driveway space if someone tows a boat.
Entire house
The entire house is yours. Maximum 10 guests. No parties, no unregistered visitors.
