FAQ
Guest questions
Does this Lake Havasu vacation rental have a private pool?
Yes. The backyard has a private heated pool and a spa: cool water after a lake day, and lights for a night swim. A heat pump keeps the water warm at no extra cost when the weather is above 75°F. Below 75°F, propane heating is available at $100/day for the pool and spa or $25/day for the spa only. Children must be supervised around the water, and there is no diving.
How many guests can stay?
The entire house is yours. It has 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 baths, and it sleeps up to 10.
Can we bring a boat?
Yes. There is driveway and about 22 feet of side-yard parking for a boat and trailer, plus space at the top of the driveway. The closest public boat launch at Windsor Beach is about 6 minutes away. We send the address and directions after we confirm your stay.
Where is Pool House by the Bay?
In a residential neighborhood in north Lake Havasu City, near the lake. The street address is sent after we confirm.
What is there to do at the house?
After the lake: the pool and spa, a putting green and mini golf, pool volleyball, billiards, and shuffleboard. Evenings are for the lit pool, the covered patio, and desert sunsets.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed, for allergy reasons and to keep the backyard and putting green clean.
How do I book?
Request dates on this site. That is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We re-check Airbnb and VRBO, then email you to confirm or suggest other dates. You can also book the same home on Airbnb or VRBO.
Still have a question? Contact the host, or request dates. A request is not a reservation until we reply.
