Pool House by the Bay is a four-bedroom vacation home that sleeps 10, with a private heated pool and spa in the backyard. Come off the lake, rinse the desert off, and stay outside until the lights come on in the water.
Private heated pool and spa
The pool is in the backyard, for your group only. It is heated. The spa is separate; give it 30–60 minutes if you want it at 101°. After dark the water is lit. Children must be supervised. No diving.

How heating works
The pool and spa have two heating systems: a heat pump and a propane heater. When daytime temperatures are above 75°F, the heat pump keeps the pool and spa warm at no extra cost. When the weather drops below 75°F, typically late fall through early spring, the propane heater takes over.
Warm weather (above 75°F)
The heat pump heats the pool and spa. No additional charge.
Cool weather (below 75°F)
Propane heater is required. $100/day for the pool and spa, or $25/day for the spa only.
Winter stays are some of the best. The Balloon Festival and Winterfest happen when the air is cool and the heated pool feels even better. The propane charge covers fuel costs and is added to your stay total for each day heating is used.
The rest of the yard
Putting green and mini golf
Easy holes between boat runs. The green stays pet-free. This is a no-pets house.
Pool volleyball
A net in the water when the group is not ready to come inside.
Covered patio
Shade for long afternoons and a place to sit when the sun is still high.
Then the house
Billiards, shuffleboard, a kitchen, and four bedrooms when the yard finally empties.

A few pool rules, in plain language
- Swimwear only. No street clothes, and wash a suit that has been in the river before it goes in the pool.
- No food, drinks, or glass in the water.
- Wind and dust happen here. The pool is cleaned weekly; weather is not a refund.
- Quiet hours apply in this neighborhood.
The indoor half of the stay is a four-bedroom layout for families. If you are towing, start with boat and trailer parking.
