Privacy notice

Pool House by the Bay, LLC operates this website for the Lake Havasu City vacation home listed as Pool House by the Bay. This notice explains what we collect when you request dates or send a contact message, and how we use it.

What we collect

The stay-request form asks for your name, email address, and phone number, plus the check-in and checkout dates and guest count you selected. You may also send an optional message and how you heard about us. The contact form asks for your name, email, a message, and optionally a phone number and dates you are asking about. We do not take payment on this site.

How we use it

We use stay-request information to reply about availability, send a copy of your request to you, and—if we confirm the stay—prepare the rental agreement and follow up about payment and check-in details. We use contact-form messages to answer general questions and send you a short receipt. We do not sell either, and we do not use them for advertising networks.

Who receives it

Your request or message is emailed to the host inbox and a receipt goes to the email you entered. Email is sent through our mail provider (Resend or SMTP). Calendar and rate checks use Airbnb, VRBO, and PriceLabs; those services do not receive the personal details from the forms.

How long we keep it

We keep stay-request records as long as needed to host the stay, handle questions after checkout, and meet ordinary record-keeping needs. Signed lease records are stored so both sides have a copy of the agreement. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer the question and for ordinary record-keeping.

Your choices

You can book the same home on Airbnb or VRBO instead of sending a request here. To ask us to correct or delete information you sent, use the contact page or reply to the email we sent you.
